1. Services

Systems by Meli offers business strategy, marketing systems, and infrastructure consulting through three primary services: Genius OS Blueprint (audit and roadmap), Momentum Coaching (1:1 coaching program), and Done-for-You Implementation (custom project work). Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual client agreements or service pages.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase or as outlined in your client agreement. All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not affect agreements already in place.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and strategy work, all sales are final once work has commenced. If you have concerns about your experience, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will review your situation and, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward future services.

4. Results Disclaimer

Systems by Meli provides strategy, frameworks, and implementation support. Individual results vary based on your business model, audience, consistency of implementation, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volume, or business growth.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including copy, graphics, course materials, frameworks, and the Genius Systems Scorecard, are the property of Meli Garcia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

6. Free Tools and Diagnostic

The Genius Systems Scorecard is provided free of charge as an educational resource. Your results are based on your self-reported answers. They are not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systems by Meli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
