Bookings for live sessions are confirmed upon payment. If you need to reschedule, we ask for advance notice. We reserve the right to refuse bookings due to no-shows or repeated cancellations.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review service descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
