Three things that make it hold up

It runs on whatever you have

A transcript, a notetaker summary, your own scrappy notes. If you have none of those, it interviews you about the session for three minutes instead. There is no version of this that comes back empty.

It does not invent

If something was not said, it says so. No date given stays no date given. A record you have to fact-check is worse than no record.

It gets better by session four

The running file is what makes "what changed" and "what they said without noticing" mean anything. The fourth one is worth more than the first three put together.
